Amarillo Botanical Gardens Rental Fee Schedule Interior Areas and Entry Court
1. Balance Due - Total rental contract due and payable to and no later than event date. 2. Room Deposits - Required to secure rental. Deposit applied to total rental cost 3. Maintenance Deposit - Required for events. Refund of deposit after event will be at the determination of Amarillo Botanical Gardens. Deposit not applied to total rental cost. 4. Decorating and/or setup - Access to area prior to event date/time must be coordinated with Amarillo Botanical Gardens staff. 5. Deposit Refund - Refundable up to 30 days prior to event date. 6. Day Rentals = 12:00 Midnight - Latest Hour - Event Completed Area: If renter requires access to area rented the day before event date, there will be an additional charge. Auditorium $500.00 per day $ 50.00 for prior day access $100.00 deposit required to secure date $200.00 maintenance deposit
Seating capacity: Maximum (approximately) 250 theater style or 200 at tables

Equipment: Piano (digital) $50.00 VCR and monitor on rolling stand $15.00 Sound System with microphones $15.00 Overhead projector (small) $3.00 Sound System in Auditorium N/C Rolling Stand $2.00 Wall Screen in Auditorium N/C Coffee Urns (60 cup) $3.00 Projection screen $1.50 each Pot of Coffee - ready to serve $10.00 CD or Cassette Player $10.00 Utility Carts (2) $2.00 each Ice chest $2.00 each
Liquor, Wine, Champagne or Beer may be approved prior to event. Food may be re-heated in facility kitchen but not prepared or cooked. Time of arrival and departure must be indicated on Rental Agreement along with a sketch of the room lay-out (floor plan provided) detailing tables and chairs set-up.

1. Area "A": Upper Garden/Grass Area $500.00 /day Includes use of Auditorium Restrooms, Kitchen & Gallery
2. Auditorium and Area "A": $725.00/day
3. Area "B": Conservatory Patio and Amphitheater $1000.00 / day (If needed: Auditorium Kitchen and Bathrooms
4. Area "A" and Area "B": Complete outdoor Areas $1500.00 /day
Notes: Deposits: Area Rental Deposit $100.00 Maintenance Fee (refundable) - See Terms #3 $200.00 TOTAL DEPOSITS $300.00 Day Before Access/decorating Charge $50.
Please be advised that no Amarillo Botanical Gardens equipment or fixtures will be rented or used for outdoor events.
