Membership & Friends of the Garden

The Amarillo Botanical Gardens-one of the Panhandle’s wonderful aesthetic, cultural, and educational assets-has not had a support organization (such as a guild, alliance, auxiliary, etc.). We are now forming such a group-"Friends of the Gardens"-to provide the support that ABG deserves.

 

Catherine Shelby has joined the Amarillo Botanical Garden family as the Executive Director and with the many expansions in facilities and programming, it’s the most opportune time to establish a support organization. Friends of the Gardens will assist in adult and youth education, special events, garden docents and other areas that will benefit ABG.

 

We want you to have the opportunity to be one of the “Original Members” – one of those who join during this first year. Over 90 supporters have already joined. If you join during this inaugural year (July 1, 2007-June 30, 2008) your name will be recognized at ABG as an “Original Member of Friends.”

Complete membership options are listed here along with a regular membership application since all Friends of the Gardens members must also be members of ABG.
