Why photograph the garden? Photographing is an important tool in the design and maintenance of your yard and garden, such as recording your garden by season to assist with future landscaping changes. Or perhaps you just want to send your friends and family shots of everything beautiful in your garden! Join us!
Class Details:
We’ll be photographing plants & flowers, as well as capturing the textures, patterns and colors of the Amarillo Botanical Gardens. Camera basics, lighting, depth of field
and composition will be covered, plus demonstrations on using reflectors, screens and props. Students can submit their best garden photograph and be eligible for a
prize. Bring a digital camera (Digital SLR is recommended) and a tripod (optional). Class size limited-call office to reserve space.
