Tennessee Tuckness
The voice of singer/songwriter Tennessee Tuckness is a study in contrast- tough and tender, sultry and cool. Her songs are equal parts folk rock and country with a dash of blues. Her musical influences are Stevie Nicks, Bonnie Raitt, Emmylou Harris and Ryan Adams. Tennessee ’s third independent CD was released in 2008. She is currently at work on a live performance CD with her band and continues to write new material both independently and in collaboration with writer Jennifer Archer. When not performing, Tennessee works as an educator and is raising two daughters.
