These fees apply to photos that will be sold for commercial purposes in advertising, educational materials, on the web, etc.
*Amarillo Botanical Gardens facility rental clients are welcome to take photographs during their rental time at no additional fee.
While appointments for informal and commercial photography sessions during business hours are not necessary, we do suggest that you call ahead to confirm hours and availability. Rental spaces are not always available for photo shoots.
ABG requires the “Amarillo Botanical Gardens” location to be used in all commercial uses of Garden photos in print, on the web or in any other public medium.
We work hard to maintain the beauty of the Gardens and ask that you be respectful of flowerbeds, mulched areas and plantings by staying on the path at all times. Keep entrances, pathways and other garden areas open for our visitors. Photographers will be responsible for any damage to the Garden’s property and facilities caused by their actions or those of the crew and/or models
Please be aware that the Amarillo Botanical Garden facilities are subject to temporary closures due to changes in weather.
